The gym is most known; however, for it’s one hour-long class. The class is separated into four stations: CARDIO, BAGS, RING, and ABS. Each station is three rounds of three minutes with a one-minute break in between each round. A bell timer is used to indicate when rounds stop and start. Members become quite accustomed to the sound of the bell. Once completing the first station, groups rotate to the next station and repeat three rounds of three minutes until they have completed each station. The classes and exercises are all unique. It’s possible to join the class daily for over a year and have a different experience each time. Variety keeps the body guessing and promotes athletic growth.
